Fluid Thoughts is a thesis exploring the function and nature of memory. Memories are fluid. They overlap, disappear, break apart, and combine together. Here, type and images are combined to create new forms.

Goals/Objectives
To explore the form and function of memory in the brain through two-dimensional work. Use abstract type and images in conjunction with one another.
Breakdowns of the Breakdowns
The breakdowns are composed of vector and photographic elements from Deja Vu. While creating an inventory of the pieces I made, I decided to map out how these breakdowns were made. I drew the web out on the chalkboard a few times before moving to digital.
